Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a General Laborer / Construction Helper to support a major construction project in Toney, AL. This role involves site cleanup, moving materials, and assisting trades with general labor tasks. No specialized trade experience is required, and the position is onsite on a contract-to-hire basis.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional overtime. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, and benefits are available for eligible workers.

• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, and stand for extended periods.

We're looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to assist with construction site cleanup and general labor duties. No specialized trade experience required. If you're comfortable working on your feet, around active construction, and enjoy hands-on work, we'd like to hear from you!

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Toney, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
