Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join a manufacturing maintenance team supporting automated equipment and industrial machinery. This position is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience who enjoys diagnosing equipment issues, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Breakdown of the Role:

• 50% of your time will be dedicated to preventative maintenance
• 30% to troubleshooting and repairs
• 20% to project-based work focused on improving equipment reliability and performance

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment
• Troubleshoot 480V electrical systems and 3-phase motors
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
• Maintain and repair conveyors, facility equipment, and production machinery
• Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects
• Conduct light facility maintenance as needed
• Document maintenance activities and completed repairs
• Work independently to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks

• 1st Shift - Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM and Friday: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift - Monday - Thursday: 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $37.00/hr.
