We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Laborer to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the success of our construction projects by maintaining the highest safety standards and efficiently completing tasks as directed.

Responsibilities

• Perform labor and construction tasks, including chipping.

• Operate hand tools safely and effectively.

• Follow directions from the Foreman/Superintendent accurately.

• Complete all assigned tasks safely and within the given time frame.

• Ensure the safety of fellow crew members.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using general labor and construction tools.

• Ability to operate hand and power tools.

• 5+ years of experience in heavy construction preferred.

• Good judgment and decision-making skills.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Good verbal communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Truck driving skills are a plus.

• Experience working outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Ability to perform physically demanding activities such as climbing, lifting, and balancing.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
