Job summary

Aerotek is hiring General Laborers for an active Lebanon, IN construction site. You will assist with concrete work, site cleanup, material handling, and general duties to help meet project schedules. Work outdoors in a physically demanding environment while following all safety rules.

Responsibilities include concrete pours, cleanup, form removal, debris control, and coordinating with crews. This onsite contract role offers overtime opportunities and a benefits package as described by Aerotek.

Qualifications

GENERAL LABORER - IMMEDIATE HIRING

Job Overview

We are hiring Construction Laborers to support a large, active construction project. This role involves assisting with concrete work, site cleanup, material handling, and general labor tasks to help keep projects on schedule. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, performing physically demanding work, and following all site safety requirements.

Work Environment

This is a large construction site with significant traffic and moving parts. The work schedule may include Monday through Sunday, with Sundays offered as bonus or reward days for extra overtime, depending on attendance. Start times may vary between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM, and workdays can be up to 10 hours long.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
