Job summary
Paramount Contracting Inc. is seeking a Construction Laborer for direct multi-trade field operations and low-voltage facility security builds in Phoenix, AZ. You will execute structural tasks and integrate access control technologies across premium storage facilities.
The role offers onsite work with overtime opportunities, a company vehicle, and comprehensive safety equipment. Candidates should have 3 years of hands-on experience and a valid driver’s license.
Qualifications
- 3 years of hands-on multi-trade experience in commercial construction.
- Proficient in structural framing, drywall, finish carpentry, and hardware.
- Ability to read engineering plans and diagrams.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Independent worker with ability to lead field crews.
Responsibilities
- Execute framing, drywall, painting, and finish carpentry on multi-trade projects.
- Install and troubleshoot security cameras and access control systems.
- Read and interpret architectural blueprints and low-voltage diagrams.
- Troubleshoot field issues and manage on-site preparation and layout.
- Ensure repairs and hardware meet local building and safety codes.
- Coordinate with project managers and external trades to maintain workflow.
