Paramount Construction is seeking a Skilled-Trades Commercial Construction Maintenance Technician to join our NorCal team, based in Concord and surrounding areas. The role focuses on hands-on maintenance, construction, and upkeep of storage facility projects with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship and safety.

You will read blueprints, work with a variety of trades, and ensure work meets code and safety standards while maintaining a collaborative, career‑driven environment.

Formación

• Proven experience in commercial construction and maintenance, preferably in storage facilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Reliable work ethic with ability to complete projects on time.

Responsabilidades

• Perform a variety of general construction tasks on storage facility projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
• Ensure all work is code‑compliant and meets safety regulations.
• Assist in site preparation, material handling, and general labor as needed.
• Troubleshoot construction issues and implement solutions efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Maintain a safe and clean job site following OSHA standards.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Must have a reliable work ethic and ability to complete projects on time.
• No required licenses, but certifications in relevant trades are a plus.
