REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, with 17 plants across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada, we convert aluminum scrap into reusable metal for various industries. Our advanced technologies help reduce waste and promote recycling.

Responsibilities

• Process fiber blankets by folding and connecting as part of manufacturing.
• Stage, lift, and stack fiber materials to meet customer specifications.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, welders, and power tools as needed.
• Work from elevated platforms, including scaffolding and scissor lifts.
• Participate in safety and housekeeping programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or relevant experience.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work extended overtime.
• Basic math skills, including stacking, counting, and measuring.
• Ability to wear a respirator periodically.

Additional Details

Starting pay is $18/hour. Full-time position with medical, dental, vision benefits, and paid time off. Work hours are 6am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday. Must pass drug screen and background check.
