SPAR is expanding its overnight construction team! We are hiring full-time laborers who are hardworking and reliable. The role involves travel for extended periods and working nights from 9pm to 6am. Candidates should be willing to learn and familiar with tools. The team will work inside retail chains, handling heavy steel and pallet racking.

• Work inside retail chains, building and managing steel racking
• Prerequisite: Becoming a Racking Team Member is required for the Senior Lead position

Responsibilities

• Perform physical construction work

Qualifications

• Able to stand for 8+ hours overnight
• Follow instructions for tagging and shelving
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
• Experience with hand and power tools (own safety gear required)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
