SPAR is expanding its overnight construction team! We are hiring full-time laborers who are hardworking and reliable. Willing to travel for extended periods and work nights from 9pm to 6am. Candidates should be comfortable learning and using tools. The team will work inside home improvement retail chains, building and handling heavy steel and pallet racking.

Responsibilities

• Perform physically demanding construction tasks
• Remodel retail stores overnight
• Remove and replace damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
• Move products between old and new pallet racking
• Build and assemble retail shelving fixtures
• Update signage, shelf conditions, and schematics
• Engage in physical activity, lifting up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and work overnight shifts
• Ability to follow directions for tagging, rotating, and placing products
• Comfort climbing ladders and working at heights up to 20 feet
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
• Experience with basic hand and power tools (own safety gear required)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Personal cell phone and valid email
• Professional appearance and proper work footwear
