This role sets up and operates painting and drying units along a conveyor line to apply powder coating to metal products. You will ensure consistent, high-quality paint coverage on all parts passing through the paint booth, as well as handle and package finished components. The position combines hands-on production work, quality-focused painting, and general labor tasks in a manufacturing environment.

This role is based in a manufacturing facility on the second shift, typically running from 2:15 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. The standard workday is currently 9 hours, with plans to return to 8-hour days once production levels stabilize. Occasional overtime is required, including roughly one half-day Saturday per month. You will work in and around paint booths, drying units, and conveyor lines, handling metal parts and packaging finished components. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Johnson Creek, WI.
The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $20.96/hr.
