Job summary

Warrior MFG LLC in Minnesota is seeking a general laborer to support the fabrication of steel structures for material handling industries. The role involves lifting, moving, painting and assembling components, following safety procedures and working with a team.

Overtime opportunities are available, with benefits after probation. Responsibilities include deburring, machine operation, blasting, and adhering to detailed work orders while maintaining quality and efficiency in a hands-on production

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand detailed prints and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Lift, move, hang and take down steel product on/off paint rack.
• Deburr, operate machines, blast, and handle materials safely.
• Assemble steel parts and perform other tasks as requested.
• Fabricate steel support structures for material handling industries.

Job description

• Responsibilities may include: lifting, banding, moving, hanging and taking down steel product/material on/off paint rack, deburring, machine operation, blasting, material handling, painting, assembly of steel parts, other tasks as requested.
• General labor to complete the process of fabricating steel support structures for material handling industries.
• Wage offered based on experience and education.

Required Skills

• Occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.

1st Shift Schedule Options

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., (or)
• Monday–Thursday: 5:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., and Friday: 6:00 a.m.–12:00 Noon

• After 60 days of employment FT employees also eligible to receive:
