Job summary

Warrior Mfg LLC in Hutchinson, MN is seeking skilled welders to fabricate steel support structures and material handling equipment. Experience with MIG welding preferred; in-house production.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a 2nd shift schedule on Mon–Thu, 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., with opportunities for overtime and paid leave after 60 days of employment. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to read prints, operate cranes, and lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Welding experience or education required or preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed prints and work orders.
• Able to accurately read a tape measure and use measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for fabrication.
• Knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Punctuality and regular attendance are expected.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to work as part of a team with good communication.
• Willingness to follow proper safety procedures at all times.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed.

Steel fabricator seeks experienced and/or educated Welders to fabricate steel support structures and/or material handling equipment.

We’re looking for hardworking professionals who enjoy meeting challenges and surpassing employer’s expectations. The ideal candidates will have a background in MIG welding. All work is done in-house. We’re looking for long-term candidates, who are looking for secure and rewarding employment.

Required Skills

2nd Shift Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 4:00 p.m. - 4:30 a.m.

• After 60 days of employment FT employees also eligible to receive:

Wages

• $24.00 to $32.00 per hour.
• 2nd Shift receives a $2.00 per hour shift differential when working 2nd shift.
