Job summary

Arrow Finishing in Blaine, MN is seeking a Production Technician Team Lead for Masking. You will set up jobs, lead inspections, create first articles, and ensure parts meet customer requirements while coaching a team.

You will train staff, enforce safety and quality standards, manage production flow, operate a forklift, and collaborate with other departments to keep schedules on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be a Citizen of the United States of America or have a current Green Card.
• General knowledge of department terminology.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure safety and quality.
• General computer skills and the ability to work with basic computer programs.
• Ability to train and develop others to meet company goals and objectives.
• Ability to operate a forklift throughout workday.
• Ability to balance workload effectively and stay organized.
• Ability to read and understand processes, procedures, and instructions.
• Ability to work and collaborate with others respectfully and professionally.
• Ability to be dependable and punctual, work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members; provide coaching and performance reviews.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards are met.
• Coordinate production and monitor rates and downtime.
• Prepare jobs, schedule, and print reports; delegate tasks.
• Communicate with other departments to share necessary information.
• Notify the Department Manager of maintenance needs.
• Back up Department Manager in their absence.
• Adhere to the 80/20 rule: 80% production, 20% other tasks.
• Operate forklift to move production and materials.
