Position Summary

Laborers work under the direction of crew leads, foremen, or superintendents, performing physical activities to support construction work.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist crew leader with construction, reconstruction, and maintenance work.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Keep the worksite clean and organized.
• Follow instructions from crew leads and supervisors.
• Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Operate hand and power tools.
• Unload tools and materials, set up equipment, and organize the job site.
• Clear debris and hazardous materials.
• Distribute materials, machinery, or tools according to plans and safety standards.
• Operate heavy equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• At least 2 years of construction experience, above or underground.
• Ability to travel extensively nationwide.
• Ability to follow leadership directions.
• Recognize safety risks and hazards.
• Lift 50+ pounds.
• Work in various physical positions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass pre-employment drug, physical, and background checks.
• Ability to obtain ATF possessor license (preferred).

Compensation and Benefits

• $25.00 per hour.
• Per Diem based on location.
