The City of Kansas City is seeking two full-time positions in the General Services Department, Fleet Services - Stores Division. Candidates will perform semi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks, with a focus on light automotive work. The role requires English proficiency and offers a competitive hourly wage. Salary Range: $16.12-$24.58/hour
Normal Work Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

REQUIRES: Ability to speak, read, and write English. Preference given to those with documented auto repair experience.

Positions requiring a high school diploma/GED must be obtained from an accredited school recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
The minimum education requirement for positions allowing experience equivalency with an accredited degree is a high school diploma.
For positions with a salary grade of EX6 or higher requiring an accredited degree, professional experience must be obtained after the degree.
A successful pre-employment criminal background check is required. Some positions may require a drug screen and/or physical.
Non-residents appointed to the position must obtain residency within Kansas City, Missouri, within nine months.
