Aspire Bakeries LLC in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking a General Laborer to support daily production operations in a fast-paced bakery environment. You will assist with packaging, labeling, sanitation, and equipment support to ensure product quality and food safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Support production and packaging operations to meet daily output and quality goals.
• Package, label, stack, and palletize finished bakery products according to specifications.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with line changeovers and product transitions to support production flow.
• Inspect products for quality defects and report issues promptly.
• Follow all safety, quality, and GMPs.
• Collaborate with team members and supervision to ensure safe and efficient operations.

About the Role

We are seeking a General Laborer to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a General Laborer, you will support daily production operations by assisting with packaging, labeling, sanitation, and equipment support to ensure product quality, food safety, and efficient workflow in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 1st
• Hours: 6:00AM – 2:30PM

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $18.00 – $19.25

• Support production and packaging operations to meet daily output and quality goals
