Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking a General Laborer to support daily production operations in a fast-paced bakery environment. You will assist with packaging, labeling, sanitation, and equipment support to ensure product quality and food safety.

Shift: 1st, 6:00AM - 2:30PM, with weekend availability. Compensation: $18.00–$19.25 per hour. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, GMPs, and opportunities for growth within our manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs and move for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a General Laborer to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a General Laborer, you will support daily production operations by assisting with packaging, labeling, sanitation, and equipment support to ensure product quality, food safety, and efficient workflow in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 1st
• Hours: 6:00AM - 2:30PM
• Weekend Availability: Required

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $19.25
