Aspire Bakeries LLC in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking an Operator 3, Bakery- Warehouse - 1st Shift to manage material handling equipment and move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods efficiently and safely.

This 1st shift (6AM–6PM) offers hourly pay of $24–$25 with weekend availability required, competitive benefits, and opportunities to grow within a company known for culture, care, and development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) with decimals.
• At least one year of deep-reach forklift experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, manuals.
• Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks safely and efficiently.

About the Role

We are seeking a Operator 3, Bakery- Warehouse - 1st Shift to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a Operator 3, Bakery- Warehouse - 1st Shift, you will be accountable for operating material handling equipment and managing the movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations.

Compensation

• Hourly: $24-$25

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 1st
• Hours: 12 hours operations: 6AM - 6PM
• Weekend Availability: Required

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Operate material handling equipment safely and in compliance with company guidelines.
• Record and track all material movements within the warehouse, including raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments according to company procedures.
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality assurance standards, including government regulations.
• Report malfunctioning equipment promptly to plant management.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe, including sweeping floors and removing trash.
• Support product quality, legality, and safety by maintaining sanitary conditions and reporting potential contamination.

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• At least one year of deep-reach forklift experience or equivalent training.
