1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring Truck Team Members to be in the driver’s seat of junk-hauling adventures. The role is hands-on, customer-facing, and physically active, with opportunities to grow within the team.

You’ll drive our trucks, lift items, deliver strong service, negotiate removal quotes, and participate in recycling and donation efforts. A energetic, reliable attitude is key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old (for commercial insurance eligibility)
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR check for the past 3 years)
• A great attitude and a goal-driven mindset
• Comfort with lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs regularly
• Reliability and a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Drive: You’ll operate 17–20 ft Isuzu trucks to deliver top-notch service.
• Lift & Load: Remove unwanted items from customer properties and load them into the truck.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a smile.
• Sales & Negotiation: Assess and quote for junk removal with training and pricing sheets.
• Recycle & Donate: Help keep items out of landfills by recycling and donating when possible.
• Time Management: Plan your day like running your own business, staying efficient.
