Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring Truck Team Members who enjoy staying busy, working with people, and taking pride in a job done right. We’re seeking active, customer-facing teammates for immediate openings with 8-12 hour shifts, both full-time and part-time.

You’ll head out with a teammate on set routes, drive a company truck, guide customers through service estimates, remove items, and lift 50-75+ lbs safely. Paid training, uniforms, and performance-based rewards are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license in the past 3 years.
• Willing to work at least one weekend day.
• Prior sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Head out with a teammate on a set route.
• Drive a company truck to homes and businesses.
• Walk customers through the service and estimates.
• Remove items such as furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items.
• Lift and carry 50-75+ lbs safely during jobs.
• Divert items for donation, recycling, or disposal.
• Communicate with operations to keep everything running smoothly.

What You Can Expect:

• $22-26/hr average all-in (base pay + tips + bonuses)
• Full-time and part-time availability (8-12 hour shifts)
