1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Clinton, MD is hiring Route Drivers and General Labor for immediate full-time openings. Remote start locations available, with average earnings of $24–$28 per hour (including hourly pay, tips, and bonuses) and weekly pay.

You will drive our iconic blue trucks, quote customers, and remove items up to 50 lbs while delivering top-notch service. Join a sales-driven, customer-focused team that values hard work and fun, and offers opportunities for growth in a physically active role

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ for insurance purposes.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (last 3 years) or close to.
• Attitude: Positive, friendly demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Metrics: Comfortable with metrics and goals.
• Physical ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs+ repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Kick off each shift at Clinton location and tackle service routes for the day; provide quotes and remove items 50+ lbs.
• Drive our blue trucks to visit customers and perform junk removal services.
• Use customer service skills to enhance the customer experience and hit daily goals.
• Dispose of items through recycling, donation, and waste management channels.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities.
