Job summary

Tyson Foods in Rogers, AR is seeking hourly Debone and Hand Cutter roles on 1st shift. Pay starts at $16.70 per hour, with a daily incentive of $40–$80 for qualifying positions; training is provided up to eight weeks.

Hours vary by line; schedule is Monday–Friday with possible Saturdays and shifts include standing 8–10 hours daily. The role requires following safety rules, lifting 40+ pounds, working in damp/cold/hot environments, wearing PPE, and being able to climb stairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Follow safety rules and safety guidelines.
• Lift 40+ pounds when required.
• Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Wear PPE including ear protection, hair net, beard guard.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules.
• Push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds.
• Work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach above shoulder level.
• Perform the duties of the position.
• Stand 8-10 hours a day.
• Wear PPE, ear protection, hair net and beard guard.
• Maneuver around work areas as needed.
• Demonstrate good hand/eye coordination.
• Climb stairs as required.
