Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. in Rogers, AR is seeking a 3rd shift debone and hand cutter. Work hours are 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday with possible Saturdays.

Starting pay is $16.70 per hour, plus an individual performance incentive of $40–$80 per day for eligible roles. Training is provided in a one-on-one format for up to eight weeks. Responsibilities include following safety rules, lifting 40+ pounds, wearing PPE, and standing 8–10 hours.

Qualifications

• Must follow safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Able to stand 8–10 hours daily and lift 40+ pounds.
• Comfortable working in damp, cold, or hot environments.
• Willing to work 3rd shift and potentially Saturdays.

Pay - $16.70 hour. Tyson of Rogers offers a base incentive on individual performance that ranges from $40 to $80 a day on top of hourly wage for Debone and Hand Cutters only.

We offer one on one job training up to 8 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to understand and agree to follow Safety Rules
• Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions.
• Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach above shoulder level.
• Must be able to perform the duties of the position.
• Be willing to stand 8- 10 hours a day.
• Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard.
• Must be able to maneuver around freely as needed.
• Must have good hand/eye coordination.
• Must be willing to climb up and down steps/stairs to get to and from the work areas when needed.

Requirements

• There is 180 days (6 months) waiting period for former Tyson Foods team members.
• Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire.
• Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.
