1-800-GOT-JUNK? Baltimore is hiring a Truck Team Member to join a two-person crew, serving residential and commercial clients across Baltimore. You will lift and load items up to 75 pounds, sort materials for donation or disposal, and coordinate with dispatch to stay on schedule.

Remote start locations may be used when available, with paid training and a company uniform. Average earnings range from $24 to $28 per hour, combining base pay, tips, and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license held for a minimum of three years.
• Reliable, upbeat, and motivated.
• Comfortable speaking with customers.
• Enjoys working as part of a two-person team.
• Able to perform physical work and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
