1-800-GOT-JUNK? Baltimore Franchise is hiring a Truck Team Member to operate in a two-person crew and serve residential and commercial clients across the Baltimore area, delivering friendly, dependable service from start to finish.

Average earnings are $24–$28 per hour, including base pay, tips, and profit share. Paid training, a company uniform, team contests, and opportunities for advancement are provided. Remote start locations are available when schedules allow.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years.
• Reliable, upbeat, and motivated.
• Comfortable speaking with customers.
• Enjoys working as part of a two-person team.
• Able to perform physical work and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a teammate in a branded truck.
• Travel to residential and commercial locations in Baltimore.
• Safely lift, carry, and load items up to 75 pounds.
• Sort collected materials for donation, recycling, or disposal.
• Provide courteous, professional service at every appointment.
• Coordinate with dispatch to stay on schedule.
• Begin shifts from an approved remote location when available.

• Keep approved items collected from customer jobs
• Provide courteous, professional service at every appointment
• Coordinate with dispatch to stay on schedule
• Begin shifts from an approved remote location when available
