Qualifications

• Perform basic mathematical calculations as part of product measurement and process checks.
• Read, interpret and follow written work instructions and technical documents.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude to operate and troubleshoot equipment.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members about line issues and improvements.
• Apply problem-solving skills to identify and resolve line performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Learn safe operation of equipment and start-up procedures.
• Assist in troubleshooting line performance and equipment issues.
• Maintain downtime records and document abnormalities for supervisor review.
• Perform weight checks and document results.
• Follow GMPs and food safety requirements at all times.
• Support Quality Systems and be adaptable to different lines/shifts.
