The role supports multiple shifts including day, afternoon, and midnight sanitation, with a focus on equipment maintenance, safety, and production efficiency. Qualifications

• Two-year college/technical certificate or 2–4 years related experience.
• Ability to use precision tools to inspect equipment.
• Knowledge of AC/DC VFDs, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, pipe fitting.
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Use hand and trades tools; basic electrical/plumbing/refrigeration knowledge.
• Welding projects (Stainless/Aluminum; TIG/ARC) may be required.
• Analyze problems, plan corrective actions, and perform PM checks.

Responsibilities

• Support RMP and develop standards and corrective actions.
• Install/maintain plant machinery to maximize production efficiency.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Document daily maintenance activities and work orders.
• Repair/overhaul equipment; weld when needed.
• Maintain safety and conduct, follow Kraft Heinz processes.
• Work flexible shifts including nights and weekends as required.
