• Build: Assemble generator enclosures, fuel tanks, modular structures.
• Breakout: Organize materials to support production.
• Finishing: Final touch-ups and inspections prior to shipment.
• Shop Cleaning: Maintain clean, safe work area.

This position is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on manufacturing experience and develop skills that can lead to advancement opportunities within the company.Opportunities are available in:Weld Prep – Grinding and sanding steel to prepare components for blast and paint.Paint Prep & Touch-Up – Assist with surface preparation, masking, and paint touch-ups to ensure finished products meet quality and appearance standards.Sanding – Sanding and prepping steel and aluminum components for the build process.Build – Assisting with the assembly of generator enclosures, fuel tanks, and modular metal structures.Breakout – Organizing, staging, and preparing materials and components to support production operations.Finishing – Performing final touch-ups, inspections, and preparation of completed products prior to shipment or the next stage of production.Shop Cleaning – Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including general housekeeping and emptying trash bins.Depending on business needs and performance, employees may have the opportunity to gain experience in multiple departments and develop skills across various manufacturing processes.
