Job summary

Global Power Components in Milwaukee is seeking motivated General Labor Associates for the 2nd shift to support welding, grinding, sanding, assembly, and related production tasks. This onsite position runs 4pm to 12:30am CT, Monday through Friday, with temp-to-hire opportunities and a path to advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

• Weld Prep – assist with grinding and sanding components to prep for blast and paint
• Sanding – prep steel and aluminum components for build process
• Build – assist with assembling generator enclosures and tanks
• Breakout – organize and stage materials for production
• Finishing – perform final touch-ups and inspections
• Shop Cleaning – maintain a safe, organized work area
