STS Technical Services is hiring General Laborers in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to support second-shift manufacturing operations involving fabricated metal products, complex weldments and large custom equipment assemblies.

This is a hands-on opportunity for motivated individuals looking to build manufacturing experience while supporting production teams across several areas of the facility.

Position Overview

General Laborers will support second-shift production operations at manufacturing facilities in the Milwaukee area.

Depending on business needs, employees may work in weld preparation, sanding, assembly support, material staging, finishing or general shop upkeep. Employees may also have opportunities to gain experience across multiple departments and develop broader manufacturing skills.

Areas of Opportunity

• Weld Prep: Grind and sand steel components in preparation for blasting and painting
• Sanding: Sand and prepare steel and aluminum components for the build process
• Build: Assist with the assembly of generator enclosures, fuel tanks and modular metal structures
• Breakout: Organize, stage and prepare materials and components to support production operations
• Finishing: Perform final touch-ups, inspections and preparation of completed products before shipment or the next stage of production
• Shop Cleaning: Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment, including general housekeeping and emptying trash bins

This position provides hands-on exposure to multiple manufacturing processes.
