Job summary

Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair is seeking a Field Technician to join our team in Tennessee. You will load materials and tools, travel to customers’ homes, and install foundation-related solutions using company-approved methods. Safety and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.

You will operate the company vehicle, maintain a clean workstation, and participate in training to grow with the company. A valid driver’s license and physical stamina are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to walk, kneel and crawl with unrestricted lifting ability.
• Willingness to travel based on business needs; travel planned in advance.

Responsibilities

• Load necessary materials, tools, and equipment onto the company vehicle for each assigned job.
• Travel to customers’ homes using the company vehicle to perform installations.
• Consistently uphold safe and organized work environments.
• Unload and clean the company vehicle upon returning from each job.
• Install each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods.
