Job summary

Frontier Foundation is seeking a Service Technician to visit customer homes, service existing systems, and perform maintenance and small installations. You’ll join a team focused on WOW customer service, with a culture built on trust, respect, and growth opportunities.

The role includes travel, a company vehicle, and a comprehensive training program. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, with base pay starting at $17 per hour plus 8% commission on additional product and service

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to fit and work in a crawl space.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, walk, climb ladders, kneel, and crawl.
• Strong listening and follow-up skills and the ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to travel based on business needs; all travel is planned out in advance.

Responsibilities

• Meet with existing customers at pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual inspections or warranty follow-ups, install small projects, and perform annual maintenance.
• Ensure complete resolution of customer concerns through consistent follow-up.
• Recommend products or services to enhance or improve the original installation or address potential issues.
• Suggest additional products and services, offering complementary solutions to help customers protect their most valuable investment long-term.
