Job summary

MidSouth Crawlspace Solutions is hiring a Production Installer to install foundation and crawlspace solutions in customers' homes. You will work with a crew to complete projects safely, efficiently, and professionally.

No prior experience required; we provide hands-on training, ongoing development, travel if needed, overtime, benefits, and a path to leading your own crew.

• Follow safety procedures and communicate effectively with your crew.
• Learn new skills and construction techniques through hands-on training.
• Take ownership of your work and contribute to the success of the entire team.

Production Installer

As a Crew Laborer with MidSouth Crawlspace Solutions, you’ll be part of a team that goes into customers’ homes to install high-quality foundation and crawlspace solutions safely, efficiently, and professionally. Your work will do more than repair a home—you’ll help protect one of the biggest investments a homeowner will ever make and give them peace of mind.

As a Crew Laborer, you will:

• Work alongside a crew to complete crawlspace, foundation repair, and moisture‑control projects
• Safely install MidSouth products and systems according to company standards
• Load, unload, and properly maintain tools, materials, and equipment
• Prepare work areas and maintain a clean, safe jobsite
• Follow safety procedures and communicate effectively with your crewWork in crawlspaces and other confined areas when required
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Treat customers and their homes with respect and professionalism
• Help create a remarkable customer experience from start to finish
• Learn new skills and construction techniques through hands‑on training
• Take ownership of your work and contribute to the success of the entire team

• Ability to travel out of town and stay overnight.
• Ability to work overtime.
