Job summary

Ericksonfoundations is seeking a Construction Laborer to assist in in-home waterproofing, foundation, and concrete leveling projects. You will load materials, prep job sites, and work with an experienced Foreman to deliver high-quality installations.

You will need an epoxy background, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift heavy loads while maintaining safety and cleanliness. The role offers a family-friendly environment with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Epoxy experience highly preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check.
• Ability to lift 70-100 pounds.
• Ability to get in and out of crawlspaces, basements and trenches.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Ability to understand English.

Responsibilities

• Load the truck with materials for the day.
• Help the crew prep the jobsite and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Work with an experienced Foreman to complete installations.
• Share ideas to improve safety, speed, or quality.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience and the site is tidy upon completion.
• Unload and clean the truck when returning to the shop.
• Care for tools, equipment, and materials.

• Helps the crew get the jobsite ready and keeps things clean and safe throughout the day.
• Works alongside an experienced Foreman to complete high-quality installations.
• Shares ideas that could make the job go smoother, faster, or safer.
• Makes sure the customer’s home is left clean and that they have a great experience.
• Unloads and cleans out the truck properly when returning to the shop.
• Takes pride in caring for the company’s tools, equipment, and materials.
