Job summary

Ram Jack is seeking dedicated construction laborers in Missouri to join our growing team. The role involves outdoor physical work, loading materials, and assisting with foundation and water management tasks.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, punctual, and reliable, with prior construction experience being a bonus but not mandatory. Monday–Friday work week and room for growth are offered by Ram Jack.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
• Ability to work in all weather.
• Workers must be punctual and reliable.
• Previous construction experience is a bonus but not required.

• Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.

Classification of work includes:

• Foundation Repair (crack injections, installing piers, and anchors, etc.)
• Water Management (Sump Pumps, GEO Systems, etc.)

Daily tasks required:

• Showing up on time
• Work as a team to complete job in a timely manner
• Cleaning and preparing construction sites
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Digging, backfilling, installing material
• Following instructions from supervisors

Requirements:

Job Perks:

• Starting salary dependent on prior experience.
• Monthly bonus system adds another $1.00 - $3.00 per hour dependent on monthly crew production
