Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a General Laborer to join our team in Franklin, TN. The role focuses on shop support, operating woodworking machinery and hand tools, and following installation techniques with strict quality standards.

You will contribute to daily production by understanding product lines, maintaining equipment, and completing tasks set by the Production Manager. This full‑time position offers predictable hours and a collaborative shop atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in the woodworking or cabinet-making fields preferred (32mm systems).
• Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Some prior Woodworking experience is preferred but not required.

• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.
