You'll assist with machine operation, material handling, quality inspections, and housekeeping while supporting setup, changeovers, and reporting of time and materials.

Qualificações

• Assist with machine setup, startup, changeovers, operation, and cleaning.
• Prepare materials and retrieve paper and supplies for production runs.
• Accurately report time, production, and material usage.
• Enter production information, measurements, and job data into computer systems.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks to meet product specs.
• Use measuring devices to verify dimensions and maintain quality standards.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, and quality issues.
• Assist with troubleshooting production equipment.
• Operate forklifts and clamp trucks following proper training and certification.
• Hand stack, flip, sort, and organize corrugated boxes and materials.
• Fill in for crew members during vacations and absences, and follow safety procedures.

Description

• Ability to learn and safely operate forklifts, clamp trucks, manufacturing equipment, and hand tools
• Must successfully pass a background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical examination

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and work on concrete floors for 8 to 10 hours per shift
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving hand stacking, flipping, sorting, and stacking corrugated boxes
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, including hot conditions
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Schedule & Compensation

• Must be available to work 1st Shift or 2nd Shift
• Competitive hourly wage
• Shift differential available for 2nd Shift
• Pay increase upon successful completion of the 90-day probationary period
