Job summary

InProduction, Inc. is seeking a diligent warehouse general laborer to clean and prepare rental equipment for delivery and staging. You will inspect gear, maintain orderly work areas, and follow safety procedures in outdoor environments.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and bilingual Spanish/English preferred. OT opportunities and benefits are provided as part of a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Clean, prepare and de-prepare rental equipment using pressure washers and hand tools.
• Inspect equipment for damage or wear and report issues.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas including bays and storage zones.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.
• Support other warehouse operations as directed.
• Ensure safety measures are followed.

About the Job

• Clean, prepare and de-prepare rental equipment using pressure washers, cleaning agents, and hand tools.
• Inspect equipment for damage or excessive wear and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning bays and storage zones.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., replacing glass, removing tape and decals).
• Support other warehouse or yard operations as directed.
• Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed
• Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
• Other duties as required

Education Requirements:

• High school or equivalent

Compensation:

• $18-$20 Hourly

• Overtime Pay

Requirements

• Previous experience in general labor, equipment cleaning, or warehouse work preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pass background check and drug screening requirements
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Familiar with basic hand tools
• Pay attention to detail and become familiar with industrial equipment
• Able to work overtime occasionally
• Able to read and understand safety instructions
