Job summary

InProduction is a leading provider of temporary seating, staging, structures, and scenic production for the U.S. live events industry.

This is a full-time, direct hire role based in the United States, focusing on cleaning, preparing, and de-preparing rental equipment, while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. You will inspect equipment, follow PPE and safety procedures, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general labor, equipment cleaning, or warehouse work preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Read and understand safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean, prepare and de-prepare rental equipment using pressure washers, cleaning agents, and hand tools.
• Inspect equipment for damage or excessive wear and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning bays and storage zones.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.
• Support other warehouse or yard operations as directed.
• Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed.
• Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.
• Other duties as required

About The Job

• Clean, prepare and de-prepare rental equipment using pressure washers, cleaning agents, and hand tools
• Inspect equipment for damage or excessive wear and report issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning bays and storage zones
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., replacing glass, removing tape and decals)
• Support other warehouse or yard operations as directed
• Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed
• Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in general labor, equipment cleaning, or warehouse work preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pass background check and drug screening requirements
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Familiar with basic hand tools
• Pay attention to detail and become familiar with industrial equipment
• Able to work overtime occasionally
• Able to read and understand safety instructions
