• 3+ years in financial reporting, accounting, or controllership at a public company.
• Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Insurance industry experience a plus.
• Strong Excel experience.
• SAP and Power BI a plus.
• Strong problem solving and Project Management skills.
• Strong communication and presentational skills with cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate timely, accurate completion of GI International financial reporting and disclosures.
• Coordinate updates with regional finance teams to align reporting.
• Lead balance sheet integrity and reconciliation quality initiatives.
• Strengthen governance across local statutory and IFRS reporting requirements.
• Review and streamline reporting frameworks, controls and timelines.
• Partner with Finance transformation teams to implement enhanced reporting solutions.
