Job summary

AIG is seeking a Manager to support timely and accurate international financial reporting for General Insurance, coordinating statutory reporting activities and leading balance sheet optimization initiatives. The role partners with Controllership, Finance Transformation and regional teams to drive improvements across the reporting process.

The candidate will bring 3+ years in financial reporting or controllership, with Big 4 experience and CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial reporting, accounting or controllership at a public company.
• CPA or equivalent preferred
• Big 4 experience is a plus
• Strong Excel experience
• SAP and Power BI a plus

Responsibilities

• Support timely and accurate completion of GI International financial reporting results and disclosures.
• Coordinate financial reporting updates with regional finance teams and stakeholders.
• Lead balance sheet integrity and reconciliation quality initiatives.
• Strengthen governance across local statutory and IFRS reporting.
