Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $45,760 - $83,200

Currently offering a $2000 sign-on bonus (for select locations). Compensation packages are based on factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.

Essential Functions

• Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets using various craft skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.) with hand and power tools.
• Use the work order system to receive and document repair activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect and test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete required safety and operational training.

Position Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to move ladders frequently and work at heights
• Comfortable working in various temperatures
• Maintain an excellent driving record
• Vocational/Technical certification and 1 year of experience in trades like plumbing, electrical, or related fields, or 2 years total work experience
