Job summary

URBN is seeking an Equipment Operator in Kansas City, MO to fulfill warehouse orders using PITs like forklifts and pallet jacks. The role requires teamwork, safety, and accurate task execution, with a Sunday-Wednesday schedule 7:00am–5:30pm.

You will operate RF scanners and touchscreens to track product locations, maintain a clean work area, and assist the team on the warehouse floor. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, and the company offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED a plus.
• Warehousing or manufacturing experience a plus.
• Forklift or heavy machinery experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Role SummaryAn Equipment Operator is responsible for fulfilling warehouse orders using warehousing equipment such as powered industrial trucks (PIT) like forklifts, order pickers, or pallet drivers. They may also need to support their team on the warehouse floor, working together to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently.
