Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking dependable Equipment Operators to join our warehouse team. You will safely operate PIT equipment to pick, move, and prepare customer orders for shipment across North America.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a High School Diploma or GED preferred, and will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while complying with safety standards and using RF scanners for inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong team player with good communication skills, self-motivation, and task follow-through.
• Reliable attendance with the flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or extended shifts based on peak season business needs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate PIT equipment including forklifts, cherry pickers, walkie stackers, double walkie riders, tuggers, and pallet jacks.
• Elevated height operations up to 25–40+ feet while following OSHA safety standards and fall-protection procedures.
• Inbound and outbound logistics tasks: loading/unloading trailers, labeling product, box making, and relocating stowed items.
• Use RF scanners, touchscreen interfaces, and warehouse technology to track inventory in real time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following URBN safety protocols and pre-shift inspections.
• Adhere to operational guidelines and safety protocols as part of a collaborative team.

As an Equipment Operator, you'll play an important role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, moved, and prepared for shipment within our distribution center serving customers across North America.
