Job summary

Station Casinos is seeking a General Engineer to maintain and repair kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, boilers, and fire alarm systems. You will follow preventive maintenance schedules and document all data accurately, under supervision of the Facilities team.

The role requires at least 2 years of refrigeration experience, EPA certification, knowledge of Health Department, ADA, OSHA codes, and a valid Nevada driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of refrigeration experience.
• EPA certification required.
• Basic knowledge of Health Department, ADA, and OSHA codes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the fire alarm system as required.
• Repair kitchen equipment, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, boilers, water heaters, pumps and plumbing.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document all pertinent data.
