Job summary

Station Casinos in Henderson, NV seeks an experienced HVAC and Central Plant technician to oversee maintenance and support initiatives from the Director of Facilities and Chief Engineer. The role requires responding to repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance while upholding safety standards.

You will train junior staff, maintain tools, and ensure OSHA compliance while maintaining all building systems across the property.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Must have minimum 5 years HVAC and Central Plant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blue prints, schematic drawings, and technical specifications.
• Ability to use and carry job related equipment.
• Proficient in two building trades or demonstrate Master level in one specific trade.
• Must have a valid Nevada driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Directly support and enforce initiatives from the Director of Facilities and Chief Engineer.
• Oversee HVAC/Central Plant SR and respond to job assignments for repair, installation, and preventive maintenance.
• Respond promptly to internal and external Guest complaints to minimize inconvenience.
• Become familiar with all systems across the property and train less experienced team members.
• Maintain all tools and maintenance equipment; formulate bill of materials for tasks.
• Familiar with OSHA safety codes regarding chemicals and electrical equipment.
