42North Dental in Torrington, CT is seeking a General Dentist for either part-time or full-time engagement. The role covers the full patient journey from exam to treatment planning and delivery, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Compensation is up to 36% of collections, with benefits including health insurance, dental, vision, 401K, CE opportunities via Harvard Rounds Network, and unlimited earning potential.

Formación

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
• Stay current with new developments and continuing education.

Educación

DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA
