42 North Dental is seeking a General Dentist for either part-time or full-time work. You will oversee the entire clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care, with in‑office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Based in Torrington, CT, the position offers compensation up to 36% of collections and a comprehensive benefits package, continuing education, a 401(k) plan, and dedicated professional development

Formación

• DMD or DDS degree from a CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients and update records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics, and professionalism.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.

Educación

DMD or DDS degree
