42 North Dental in Torrington, CT is seeking a General Dentist to provide comprehensive clinical care from exam to treatment and beyond. You will deliver in-office services including perio, endo, oral surgery, and orthodontics, while shaping the patient experience.

The position offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules, with hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, and compensation up to 36% of collections. Benefits include health coverage, retirement plans, and opportunities for continuing education

Qualifikationen

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Aufgaben

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest standards of care, ethics, and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, and standards of care through continuing education.
