42North Dental seeks an experienced General Dentist to lead the patient care journey from exam to treatment planning and delivery in Torrington, CT. This role involves coordinating care across in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The ideal candidate will hold a DDS/DMD, possess an active state license, and provide Hepatitis B vaccination documentation. Benefits and opportunities for CE are included.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry is required.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination is required.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standard of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.
